1. Skillbrains websites' refers primarily to all domains owned by the Skillbrains corporation.
2. 'File' refers to any document that has the potential to be uploaded to Skillbrains websites.
3. 'User' refers to the individual who visit Skillbrains websites, has uploaded files to Skillbrains websites, or accesses files from Skillbrains websites.
4. 'URL' refers to the location of any file located on Skillbrains' servers.

User is not allowed to upload anything that can be remotely construed as porn, copyrighted material, harassment, or spam. The following types of files constitute "abuse" and may not be uploaded under any circumstances:

1. Pornographic files. This includes, but is not limited to, files depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.
2. Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States laws.
3. Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
4. Non-image or non-video files. This includes archived non-image files.
5. Files intending to harass or spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.
6. Pornography, adult or mature content.
7. Violent content.
8. Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organisation.
9. Excessive profanity.
10. Hacking/cracking content.
11. Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content.
12. Sales of beer or hard alcohol.
13. Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products.
14. Sales of prescription drugs.
15. Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns.
16. Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer or other goods.
17. Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays.
18. Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails.
19. Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others.

All personal information provided by the user is strictly confidential. Skillbrains reserves the right to distribute aggregated demographic information provided by the user, but Skillbrains will never release any personal information about the user without permission. However, Skillbrains reserves the right to release user information if user has violated the Skillbrains Terms of Service, if the user has committed unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, or if Skillbrains deems it necessary or appropriate.

Skillbrains (through itself or third parties) uses third-party code to collect and accumulate anonymous data that helps us understand and analyze the experience of people visiting our web sites and, along with other information you provide, customize your future visits and improve our web sites. Skillbrains may perform maintenance services as Skillbrains determines reasonably necessary. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime. Skillbrains will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime, except in the case that circumstances beyond Skillbrains's control limit the ability to do so.

Skillbrains may perform any actions on user's PC in order to make software works including but not limited to binding or changin any hotkeys. Particulary Lightshot will bind 'PrntScr' hotkey to start itself on this hotkey.

User can uninstall Lightshot any time via standard Windows uninstallation wizard. If you have any issues with uninstalling lightshot please contact Skillbrains support.
